OUR TEAM
Kingdom Trails hosts an additional 25 seasonal Trail Crew, Welcome Center, and Ambassador staff.
Georgia Gould
Interim Executive Director
Georgia raced bikes professionally for over 10 years and is a two-time Olympian (Bronze – London 2012), a World Championship Bronze medalist, and a multi-time US National Mountain Bike Champion. She has been an outspoken advocate for pay equality for female cyclists. Drawn to the slower pace of small-town life and the legendary Kingdom Trails, Georgia and her family settled in East Burke in 2018. She is a KT Landowner with a passion for riding bikes and being outside.
Cedelle Sirjane
Operations Manager
Cedelle Sirjane was born and raised in Shrewsbury, VT. She found her way to the NEK in 2019 and has been part of the Kingdom Trails team since 2022. "Working at KT gives me the opportunity to share my passion for the outdoors by helping others discover the joy and beauty I feel so fortunate to experience every day."
Orion Campbell-Wolk
Trails Manager
Orion was too busy out on the trails to write his bio or send a photo (let's be honest, you all probably know him already), so here goes...
Orion grew up in the Northeast Kingdom, and is a KT Landowner. He joined the KT Team in 2024, and his love of trails and riding bikes shows through in the high quality trail maintenance he and his crew provide.
Emmett Hinman
Trail Crew Member
Emmett Hinman is from East Burke, VT, and has been working for KT Trail Crew since 2023. One thing he enjoys about working for KT is the diversity of work we do.
Tom Seymour
Trail Crew Member/Volunteer Coordinator
Tom Seymour is from Acme, PA; yes, just like Acme in Looney Tunes! It’s a nice little place in the Appalachian mountains; with trails through the woods to neighbor's houses!
"I love that my work keeps me mostly outside and is so varied from day to day. After 10 years working as a bike mechanic and guide serving the community and our visitors; I thought that I’d like to get more directly involved with Kingdom Trails. Fortunately, those thoughts lined up with an opportunity to work on the trail crew and it has been one of the best professional decisions I’ve made." Tom has been a member of the KT Team since 2025.

Board of Directors
KTA is led by an all-local group of dedicated volunteers. Each Director is an active member in the community, who knows and cares about our landowners, neighbors, organization, members, trails, and the beauty that surrounds us.
The Board of Directors meets every other month on the third Thursday of the month.
Becky Tharp
Chair
Becky Tharp is a Vermont-based water quality scientist and consultant specializing in hydropower and water quality in rivers and lakes. She joined the Kingdom Trails board in 2022 with a long-standing appreciation for the trail network and its importance to the Northeast Kingdom community and landscape. Becky has spent many years riding bikes on Kingdom Trails, where her children developed a love of riding, and she values the role the trails play in supporting families, connecting to the outdoors, and overall well-being. She currently serves as Chair of the Board.
Mike Greenblatt
Treasurer
Mike and his wife Kate are landowners on Darling Hill Road. Along with their our dog, Rosie, they split their time between Lyndonville and Philadelphia, where their adult children live with their families. Both Mike and Kate are retired, Mike after a long career as a real estate developer and asset manager. They discovered Kingdom Trails a few years prior to the pandemic, spending a week riding every summer, slowly falling in love with the NEK. One year, heading back to Philly, they passed a for sale sign on Darling Hill Road and by the end of the 8 hour drive south they had decided to turn around and drive back the next weekend, looking for a house to buy.
Mike and Kate are fortunate to have traveled extensively both with and without mountain bikes, make the pursuit of time outdoors and good food a priority. They are drawn to KT by the shared love of the outdoors, openness, and generosity of the community. Mike's interest in joining the Board stems from several factors – a lifelong interest in cycling and cycling advocacy, a desire to be actively committed to the environment, and an interest in connecting with the local community and neighbors in a meaningful way.
