East Burke, VT - Mountain Bike Vermont and the Kingdom Trail Association invite winter cycling enthusiasts to join us for our WinterBike Fatbike Festival on Saturday, February 25th 2023.

WinterBike is Vermont’s premier Fatbike Festival. Now in its 11th year, the event continues to be the favorite among fatbike fans. Hosted at Mike’s Tiki Bar and on the Kingdom Trails network, the event is situated on the Northeast’s most expansive groomed fatbike specific trail network, boasting over 31 miles of cold-rolled singletrack!

In keeping with tradition, Winterbike will include the usual crowd pleasing ingredients including a morning ride, remote aid station, local vendors, catering by Ranch Camp, beverages from Lawson’s Finest, and so much more!

Based on last year’s new format, we'll be designating a signed and mapped loop suitable for all abilities. Ride at your own pace, with your friends, stay at the aid station as long as you please, and return with everyone to the Tiki Bar HQ party! “We strive to improve the event year over year while maintaining its soul.” Says Lilias Ide, Kingdom Trails Director of Communication and Education. “With the support of a few of our favorite partners, this year is shaping up to be the best to date.”

Capped at 250! This year we're deliberately keeping the event on the smaller side. We've capped the event to 250 participants total. So don't wait to register. It will sell out… and for the first time, KT and MTBVT are excited to offer discounted registration for full time  Northeast Kingdom (NEK) residents! For  information on this discount visit the event registration page!

Here’s all the information you’ll need to attend this year. Registration for the event gives you access to the Kingdom Trails network and all Winterbike activities on Saturday including the ride route, lunch, beverages, music, fire, games, and swag!

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE – as the day approaches we’ll be adding details of the event. Timing is subject to change based on the forecasted temperatures for the day. *Fatbiking is snow condition and weather dependent, so planning out the day will be a game-time decision…

Looking for lodging options? Check the Accommodations listings at www.kingdomtrails.org

Reservations at any of the local restaurants are strongly recommended for that evening.

We look forward to hosting you all at Winterbike 2023. See you on the trails!
